Prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes extra.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free shipping in Canada for any purchase of $ 99 or more.
Shipping at $ 14.99 for orders in Canada under $ 99.

SHAKTI COSMETICS SHIPS EXCLUSIVELY TO CANADIAN AND AMERICAN ADDRESSES, THROUGH PUROLATOR, FEDEX, UPS AND CANADA POSTS AND DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY SERVICE ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

Customs clearance fees and customs deductibles are not included and are at the recipient’s expense.
The delivery cost for orders to the United States will be based on the total weight and size of the order.

WORKING DAYS

Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders received before 8 am, Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

HOLIDAYS

Please note that packages can not be shipped between December 22^nd and January 2^nd. All orders placed during this period will be shipped as of January 3^rd.

Please note that prior to a refund or exchange, Customer Service will ensure that the stated conditions are met:

Only one return shipment is allowed per order. Please check your entire order before sending us a return with the invoice or proof of purchase. The cost of returning the product in question is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is damaged after receipt of your package, you have seven (7) days from reception of the package, to report it to customer service and following the return approval you can proceed to an exchange or refund.
If the product is not damaged and is consumed at less than 85%, you have a delay of thirty (30) days after reception of the package, to report it to customer service for an exchange or refund with an authorization number. If thirty (30) days have passed since the reception of your package, please note that we no longer accept returns.

LEGAL WARRANTY

The Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act provide for legal warranties, particularly on the use of sold goods. These legal warranties also apply to this sale.

This warranty may in no case reduce or suppress the manufacturer’s legal warranty when one exists.

USE AND COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATIOn

The Purchaser is notified that his/her information provided for this sale or subsequently can be used by the Vendor for the purposes of promotion or marketing of the goods and services offered by the Vendor.

Only duly authorized employees and representatives of the Vendor (all those who work in sales or marketing of goods and services for the Vendor) may have access to your file, and strictly for the purpose of exercising their duties.

The Purchaser has the right to access personal information in his/her file. If the Purchaser wishes to have access to the information in his/her file, request a correction or cancellation of the file held by the Vendor, lodge a complaint or request an investigation, the Purchaser must write an email to Customer Service at info@shakticosmetics.com.

POSSIBLE DISPUTES

In the case of complications related to the application of the Sale Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser mayseek an amicable resolutionwith any counsel of his/her choice before any legal proceedings.

SALES TAX

The Purchaser agrees to pay the Vendor the taxes payable in respect to all items included an order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SHAKTI COSMETICS, its affiliates, its officers, employees, representatives or agents may in no case be held liable for any damage related directly or indirectly to the use of shakticosmetics.com, including the loss of information or a loss of profit resulting from the use of elements of shakticosmetics.com or the inability to use such elements.

In the event that SHAKTI COSMETICS is found to be liable to you, this liability will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you paid for the returned goods. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section restricts any right you might have as a consumer under any public order legislation that might be applicable in your case.
